Losing weight or at least dieting to maintain your weight is something that pretty much everyone will do at some point. Build up your fitness levels slowly; find a sport or activity that you enjoy and join a club or get some friends involved too. Simply putting a bit more effort into the housework can make a big difference; put on some fast music and speed up your cleaning as well as putting extra effort in and you’ll notice your fitness increasing in a few weeks.
